The Guidelines were developed by international home care nurses from diverse countries to provide guidance to nurses around the globe who seek to develop their professional home healthcare practice and performance. These Guidelines are copy-righted and reproduced under license with the American Nurses Association (ANA). All rights are reserved. These Guidelines are based on the American Nurses Association’s Scope and Standards of Practice: Home Health Nursing: 2nd edition; 2014. The Guidelines are evidence-based and represent the elements of excellent home health nursing practice and performance. Readers may print one copy of the Guidelines that is not for additional distribution per the watermark on each page. Home health nurses everywhere are encouraged to read the Guidelines, utilize in care planning, and apply globally.
